  I’m Nicole Hanik, and I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow from the inside out… 

Starting in the trades industry and working my way through nearly every role in leadership and operations. I know the view from the shop floor, the pressure of managing teams, and the responsibility of sitting at the leadership table where vision is set. I’ve also been the one making sure that vision doesn’t just stay on paper—it gets done.

Along the way, I’ve learned that growth is never just about strategy. It’s about people. It’s about the culture you create, the trust you build, and the systems that give everyone the tools to do their best work. I’ve seen businesses thrive when those things come together—and I’ve seen the strain when they don’t.

Operational Edge was born out of that experience and out of my faith. For me, business isn’t separate from what I believe—it’s an extension of it. My work is rooted in the values God calls us to live out: integrity, stewardship, service, and compassion. I believe every business can be a place where people are treated with dignity, where leaders lead with humility, and where excellence honors the One who gave us the vision in the first place.

I bring grit and grace to every engagement. The grit to face hard problems head-on, to untangle complexity, and to keep moving when challenges arise. And the grace to listen well, lead with empathy, and build solutions that fit who you are—not just a generic playbook.
